Lapami, Minorca

Casa Lapami, situated on the south-facing slopes of Menorca, Spain, is the result of a collaborative effort between Studio MILO and local architect Gabriel Montañés, blending their expertise to create a home that masterfully integrates modern luxury with the natural beauty of the island. Nestled along Menorca’s paradisiacal coastline, this three-year project exemplifies the perfect partnership between architecture and interior design, transforming the residence into a tranquil oasis by the sea.

While Montañés focused on the architectural foundations, Studio MILO took charge of the artistic direction, shaping the interior design down to the finest detail. Their role included reviewing the space distribution and carefully selecting every material, surface, and design element to ensure a cohesive and luxurious environment. The result is a seamless fusion of sophisticated architecture and thoughtful interior design that allows Casa Lapami to stand as a true architectural gem—an oasis of tranquility where luxury and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
