Nestled in Saint John’s Wood, one of London’s most desirable neighborhoods, this exquisite residence embodies a vibrant fusion of cultures and aesthetics. Designed for Zoya—a leading nonprofit impact investment manager—and her three children, the home is just moments from Regent’s Park and the iconic Abbey Road.
Studio MILO masterfully brought to life La vie en rose à l’italienne, creating a space that balances grandeur with warmth. The vision was to design a refined yet welcoming home that seamlessly accommodates both formal entertaining and intimate family moments—all while celebrating Zoya’s Pakistani heritage and love for pink.
With an emphasis on bespoke craftsmanship, the interiors feature handpicked Italian design elements. A Venetian glass chandelier by Angelo Mangiarotti, sourced from Robertaebasta, makes a striking first impression, symbolizing Zoya’s devotion to family, tradition, and artistry. A lacquered Dimore Gallery console and black-and-white Carrara marble flooring set the tone for a sophisticated journey through the home.
The double reception room blends elegance and comfort: Giorgetti couches and Saba poufs invite conversation by the original fireplace, while a relaxed Meridiani sofa and pink onyx coffee tables from Baxter add a contemporary edge. Art plays a defining role, with pieces by Rashi Drana, Harland Miller, and Idris Khan elevating the space.
The dining room, designed for grand gatherings, features a bespoke Giorgetti marble table paired with Meridiani velvet chairs, while the kitchen’s bold pink lacquered cabinets reflect the home’s signature palette. A hidden indoor swimming pool adds a final touch of luxury.
Throughout the design, Studio MILO’s contemporary approach harmonizes with heritage, creating a distinctive, deeply personal sanctuary where elegance meets individuality.
