Our goal for “Ladidà – Italian Brasserie & Club” was to create an unique location in line with the spirit and personality of its origins, a restaurant / club that combines tradition and contemporary aesthetics in the historic center of Genoa.
Ladidà is a project made of layers: chromatic and material wings that, as on a theatre stage, lead to a long wall covered with a floral wallpaper: a backdrop for the restaurant’s most intimate room. The space has been divided into three distinctive areas and presents itself as a place of discovery for the costumer. From the cozy and bright space characterized by ancient plastered ceilings and a precious canned wood and amazonite counter, through the velvet wings acting as a divider of the area behind, the customer enters a more private space characterised by the majestic spiral staircase which leads to the most intimate room of the restaurant: the Parlour Club.
The entire space displays a constant dialogue between sophisticated colors and precious finishes, an elegant and refined atmosphere with a French flavour.
