Casa Lapami, situated on the south-facing slopes of Menorca, is a breathtaking blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. Nestled along the paradisiacal coastline, this home serves not only as a holiday retreat but as a permanent oasis, offering uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from every corner.
Designed to embrace its stunning surroundings, the residence features an open-plan layout that seamlessly integrates the interior with the outdoors. Large glass doors slide open, creating a sense of endless space and highlighting the panoramic sea views. A central feature of the home is the courtyard, a typical Spanish architectural element beautifully reinterpreted in a modern style. This courtyard not only connects the living spaces but also facilitates natural airflow, circulating fresh air throughout the house. A large swimming pool forms a natural connection with the surrounding landscape, providing an ideal space for family leisure and relaxation.
While local architect Gabriel Montañés laid the architectural foundations of the project, the artistic direction and interior details were handled by Studio MILO, who meticulously reviewed and selected every surface, material, and design element. Studio MILO’s expertise brought a luxurious, thoughtful touch to the interior, reflecting a minimalist yet elegant style that complements the island’s serene landscapes. Natural light floods every room, with the décor striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The kitchen and dining areas flow effortlessly into the outdoor terraces, making them ideal for entertaining against the stunning backdrop of the sea. The bedrooms serve as private retreats, designed for ultimate relaxation, with expansive windows framing the coastal vistas.
Sustainability and natural ventilation are at the heart of the design, ensuring comfort without compromise. With its seamless blend of sophisticated architecture and natural elements, Casa Lapami is a true architectural gem—an oasis of tranquility where luxury and nature coexist harmoniously.
