The renewal project of the T house, a rationalist architecture on Lugano’s lake, starts from conceiving the three story bulding as a single family house. The spaces have been rethinked in a completely different way, transforming each room, from the entrance to the staircase, into a new designated use. Marble, wood, bold colours and essential volumes, turn T house into a sophisticated and welcoming home.
